Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Program Facilitator to lead workshops, activities, and discussions for youth aged 15–35. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a creative thinker, and passionate about youth development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate interactive sessions on leadership, life skills, wellness, and community engagement.
Build positive relationships with youth participants and foster a safe, inclusive environment.
Collaborate with program staff to adapt content to meet group needs.
Monitor attendance, track engagement, and contribute to program evaluation.
Support outreach and community‑building efforts as needed
Qualifications
Experience working with youth in educational, recreational, or community settings.
Strong facilitation, communication, and group management skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
(Preferred) Background in education, social work, youth studies, or a related field

About the Role
Bright Horizons Youth Development Organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented secretary to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
Support event planning and logistics.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
